We Work With You
The first step in working with us would be to meet with one of the J.P. Thayer professionals for an initial interactive consultation session. During this session, we will gather information so we can specifically define your ideal home. You, the homebuyer are a critical part of every aspect of the design and development process. Therefore, we work in partnership with you and involve you in every level of the process.
We will discuss every aspect of what you are looking for in a home – from number of bedrooms to setting and style. Working in partnership with you, we will identify, analyze and prioritize what it is that you want and need. The information gathered during this session will serve as the basis for your new home design. Based on the information received from this consultation, we will custom design a new home for you. We will meet with you to present your new home, fine-tune any details necessary, discuss and approve the budget and timetable to create your new home.
