Thayer Properties

Thayer Properties manages 13 properties, including Greenleaf and Gardens on Stadium in Phenix City and Brittwood, Village on Cherokee and Milgen Village in Columbus. We have more than 1,650 units and serve more than 3,500 residents. Our apartment homes are spacious, beautiful and have all the amenities you need for comfortable living.
